Westminster Listed Building consent

In 2019 we have secured listed building consent and built a new shop for Sergio Rossi in Mount Street located in the Mayfair Conservation Area.

In 2021 we discharged all the conditions for a listed building consent for a project in Eaton Terrace and produced a set of technical drawings for construction and building control sign off and sign off from the Grosvenor Estate.

In September 2024 we secured planning permission for a large basement and full house renovation in Seymour Mews, Westminster. This mews house is located in the Portman Estate Conservation Area.

We secured planning permission and built for a large house renovation on Westbourne Park Road located on the boundary of the Aldridge and Leamington Road Villas conservation area.

In 2009 we built the Serpentine Boathouse in Hyde Park, located in the Royal Parks Conservation area, Westminster.
