In 2012 we rececived full planning permission for a full house refurbishment, rear extensions and lofts for 2 properties in Wolverton Gardens in the Brook Green Conservation Area. 

In 2015 we received planning permisison for a full house renovation, ground floor extensions and loft in St Dunstans Road.

In 2019 we received full planning permission for a house renovation on Biscay Road. This project involved a ground floor extension and loft.

In 2021 we successfully gained planning permission for a full house refurbishment in Ravenscourt Gardens. This project involved a rear extension, full internal refurbishment and loft. 

In 2024 we received planning permission for a rear extension and new loft dormers and full house refurbishment in Lonsdale Road in the Bedford Park Conservation Area. 

In 2024 we received approval to proceed with the renovation of an apartment within a High Rise Block within North End House, Fitzjames Avenue. This project involved a submission to the Building Safety Regulator due to the apartment being in a block more then seven stories high.

We have been involved in a number of complex renovation projects in historic settings including the grade 2* listed Roundhouse Theatre in Camden Town and listed buildings in Mayfair and Bloomsbury in London.
