In 2019 we have secured listed building consent and built a new shop for Sergio Rossi in Mount Street located in the Mayfair Conservation Area.

In 2021 we discharged all the conditions for a listed building consent for a project in Eaton Terrace and produced a set of technical drawings for construction and building control sign off and sign off from the Grosvenor Estate.

Recent projects we have designed in and around the borough include The Hyde Park Boathouse on the Serpentine Lake for Bluebird Boats. We have completed a number of renovations including a full house renovation on Westbourne Park Grove and another in Highlever Road in the Oxford Gardens Conservation Area. We also worked for the developer on a residential townhouse development in Pangbourne Avenue, also in the Oxford Gardens Conservation Area.
