Project:
New store for Sergio Rossi, an Italian luxury brand that designs shoes, handbags and accessories.
Role:
GFA worked together with ASZ Architetti and HCUK Group to gain advertising consent and listed building consent.
We reviewed designs from the Italian architect to ensure they complied with local planning restrictions.
GFA were responsible for ensuring the project met UK building regulations. We co-ordinated the design with local mechanical, electrical and fire engineering consultants and local building control to ensure the project gained the completion certificate and passed the Fire Risk Assessment required for it to open.
